While I do not actively sell real estate any longer, I interact with dozens of agents every day who are representing buyers and sellers, so it still feels the same. I still work with buyers and sellers; now it's just through our agents. After twenty years in sales, for the next twenty years I have been the broker-in-charge of our market center and have had the pleasure of working with agents from many walks of life, many who are new to real estate and others who are new to KW models of business. It is my greatest joy to see agents launch their businesses with Keller Williams and to be a part of their growth. Teaching and training are big rocks for me. Through the years, our reputation in the marketplace has highlighted our having "well-training agents" and being the place to go for training as a new agent. Having a strong foundation upon which to build models and systems is essential for a successful career.
